What the beta offers

This service agreement covers the personal iOS owner pilot using the owner's own authorized bank and Gmail accounts. At your request, Purchase Intelligence imports supported source records, creates and manages your purchase inventory, links payment and receipt evidence, applies your corrections, and highlights supported refund differences, subscription price changes and documented return deadlines.

Features, bank coverage and import history can change during testing. Android follows a working iOS pilot. A demo uses fictional purchases and sample connections; it is not evidence that real accounts have been connected or money is recoverable.

The beta supports read-only bank and Gmail access. It does not initiate payments, send email, make refund claims, cancel subscriptions or negotiate with merchants. You make any decision to contact a bank, merchant or service provider yourself.

Your account and connections

Connect only accounts and messages you are authorized to access and process. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share another person's bank or email credentials. Authorization happens through the bank/provider or Google; the app does not ask you to give it your bank password.

Providers may limit historical records, require renewed authorization, delay transactions or become unavailable. A successful connection does not guarantee complete records. The app shows available coverage and last synchronization; imports are not promised to be real time.

Follow provider terms and use the beta for its purchase-management features. Do not bypass access controls, obtain another user's records, attack the service or use it to process accounts without permission.

Review findings before acting

A purchase or item is reconstructed from available evidence. A payment can cover several purchases; a purchase can have multiple charges or partial refunds. Missing or ambiguous evidence can produce incomplete or incorrect associations.

You can inspect evidence and adjust associations, titles and item statuses. Findings should explain their supporting records. A suggested refund difference is not a promise of money owed or money recovered. An annual subscription increase is a comparison, not a refund. A documented return date does not decide a merchant's policy or your statutory rights.

Verify important amounts, dates and conditions against your source records and merchant terms. The service does not provide professional legal, tax, credit or investment advice. Quality targets under development are not a guarantee for an individual purchase.

Your data and optional AI

The privacy notice explains the data read, stored, shared and deleted. Gmail permission allows broader message access than receipts alone, although the importer selects purchase evidence.

Remote AI is disabled in the initial pilot. Rules and supported parsers analyze purchases on the Hetzner service; unresolved evidence stays incomplete. Connecting bank or Gmail accounts does not send their purchase data to TypeSafe or Gemini. Any future model processing requires confirmed provider terms and processing location, a current disclosure and separate recorded approval for the relevant transfer.

Your source bank records and Gmail messages remain with their providers. Connecting the service does not transfer ownership of your content to the operator. Processing permission must be limited to delivering the described features and protecting the service.

Disconnecting or leaving the beta

You can disconnect a source to stop future imports. Previously imported purchase history is retained until account deletion under the published retention rules. The app attempts provider revocation; you can also remove access in the provider's settings.

You can export structured account records and delete your account. Export does not include a complete mailbox or original attachment archive. The service verifies a durable acknowledgement of a separately stored encrypted deletion record before active removal is committed and success reported. If confirmation is unavailable, deletion fails before active removal is committed. Retry or contact support to confirm completion after a failure or interruption; an off-host record may already exist and be honored during recovery. Earlier encrypted backups follow their retention rules and do not disappear immediately. Deleting the iOS app alone does not delete the server account.

A restored database stays isolated until the complete current off-host deletion ledger is authenticated and applied. Missing, inaccessible or invalid records block recovery. Surviving history and corrections may return, but source credentials, authorization states, import cursors and coverage, unfinished imports, sessions and optional remote-AI approval do not resume from an old backup. Sign in again, reconnect sources and separately approve any future model processing. The privacy notice explains these deployed recovery controls and their retention limits.

For a planned closure, we will explain the available export opportunity and deletion timing. Urgent security action may require access restrictions sooner. Contact the business support address below for help.

Availability, charges and changes

The personal pilot does not charge an app subscription. Any future pricing must be communicated and separately agreed before app billing begins.

Pilot software may have bugs, outages or missing features. Keep your original receipts and other important records. Material changes to these terms will be communicated with their effective date, with agreement where required.

Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or overrides statutory consumer rights.

Questions and pilot scope

Contact SIA Timeless Solutions at info@tlsolutions.io, the business support address, with questions or concerns.

Bank availability depends on the provider's enabled application and permitted accounts. Gmail uses the configured personal test-user flow. This owner pilot and its public website do not establish approval for public rollout, bank coverage beyond permitted accounts, a compliance audit or enabled remote-model processing.
